Even more WAM success
WE WON!

Our two tracks in the finals of the WAMI's both won in the West Australian Music Industry's Song Of The Year 2008. The cafe category is sponsored by Braziliano Coffee and they plan on putting a cafe CD compilation together with our track.
Paul, David and I partied on but had trouble finding a place open after 12pm. What wrong with this town!
I'm still trying to track down some of the photos taken at the event.
Meanwhile, check out the tracks on our 'Cloud Produktion' page. They are a preview of some of the vibes we are creating for soundtrack work. Enjoy
WAMI success
Two of the three tracks entered by the Cloud Kollektiv have made it into the finals of the West Australian music Awards.
'Realising' featuring Cle is in the Dance catagory
'Revien' featuring Samanta Ray is in the Cafe catagory.
The trip hop grind poetry track 'It Is Written' featuring Jeremy Balius didn't make it though the mixed bad/experimental category. Chatting to an un-namable source this could have been a bad catagory to enter as heaps of other style were crammed into this catagory. Our tracks is pretty trippy and niche, so it probably freaked them out, man.
Go to the music page for a listen.
Further news on how we go with the MusicOz site will be up by the end of the month.
Visible Dance
The Cloud played Masala mix and now go on to play at the Visible Dance premier contemporary dance performance on Wednesday the 20th of August. Trilby and David Scharpt composed the music for the dance performance and the Cloud Kollektiv will be playing three sets on the night.
New tracks can now be heard on the MUSIC page. These were recently mixed for the WAMI awards.
